Wave Industries, a flagship manufacturing division of the renowned Wave Group, is a testament to innovation and diversification in Uttar Pradesh. The industrial arm of the Wave Group operates in the manufacturing of sugar in the vast plants in Uttar Pradesh. The Company has 5 sugar manufacturing units strategically located in Western U.P. The sugar manufacturing units are based in Dhanaura, Bijnor, Bulandshahr, Amroha and Saharanpur. With 5 sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh, the Wave Group commands a definite edge in the sugar industry, with a total cane crushing capacity of 20000 TCD.
Wave Group has established power cogeneration facilities at its sugar units in Dhanaura, Uttar Pradesh. The Company is equipped with 1 X 30 MW Bagasse-based Cogeneration Power Plant and 1 X 6 MW SLOP-based Co-generation Power Plant installed at its Dhanaura site. The cogeneration plants generate Green Power using 'bagasse'-a residue from the cane sugar manufacturing process. Green Power thus produced is used for the captive consumption of the sugar plant and the excess power is exported to the state grid as per the power purchase agreement.
The Company has a Distillation facility at Dhanaura for Ethanol Production with a start capacity of 150 KLPD based on B-Heavy Molasses, and has started the commercial production in the Distillery in March 2022.
Wave Group has also started implementing bio-ethanol expansion capacity from 150 KLPD to 250 KLPD. The production with the increased capacity is expected to be achieved in the next financial year. The availability of the raw materials for the expanded distillation capacity (B or C Heavy Molasses) will be met by the Company’s sugar operations.
Wave Beverages, with a plant in Amritsar, is one of the nine franchises of Coca-Cola India Ltd. in the country, equipped with both hot and cold bottling facilities. The plant has a capacity of 1,290 bottles per minute on its fully automated line and produces many popular soft drinks consumed in the country. The company manufactures and trades a wide range of products in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, including Coke, Fanta, Limca, Thums Up, Sprite, and Maaza.

Agristo Masa boasts a fully operational 1 TPH dehydrated potato flake line and is commissioning an 8.5 TPH frozen French fries line, revolutionizing potato production in India.
